Hi there and welcome!

We are busy machining and fabricating high end parts for your motorcycle and we would like to share some progress. Our blogs will give you a behind the scenes of how we do things at EMESCO Designs, how we machine and fabricate and the different stages of the process. The products we have been currently working on include our Ducati Panigale V4 top triple clamp/Yoke.

Billet never looked so good!

This is product we are excited to hit the shelves. We have machined this part from a solid block of aluminium, as you can see here in the photograph we are around 65% complete at that stage in the operation. Using our latest CAD/CAM software and 5 axis CNC machinery we are able to produce these high quality, luxury parts in house!

JUST LIKE A MOTOGP BIKE!

Another product we have been working on and is now completed and in stock is our Ducati V4 Panigale dry clutch cover. This looks great on the Panigale and Streetfighter that use the dry clutch, really showcasing the spinning of the clutch just like a Motogp bike! We also think the sound is amazing aswell, giving those race track vibes.
